8. Borrowing and Returning of Books from and to the School Library

The school follow a process of borrowing and returning of books from and to the DepEd School Libraries by the students, teaching, and non-teaching personnel. They are given free access to the materials and can even borrow and bring it home with the agreement to return after the usage. However, responsibility and accountability shall be properly implemented. 9. Process of Retrieval of Outputs and Distribution/ Replenishments of SLMs

The process of distributing Self-Learning Modules to parents in School or in designated Drop-Off Stations. Basic education-learning Continuity Plan (BELCP) introduces different Distance Learning Modalities that suit to the learners ‘present situation in line with Covid 19 pandemic. Using printed modular Learning Modality is generally appropriate for learners in most cities and provinces. Learners and parents are being oriented on the Learning Modality especially on their new roles and how learning at home will be facilitated by Self Learning Modules will be distributed to each learner.

10. Consultation Clinic Services - Project LOVES (Learners’ Parent Opportunity on Virtual Engagement Support)

This Academic EASE support program and intervention is initiated to provide opportunities for learners and parents to have an online engagement and consultation with the adviser and subject-teachers of their children about the feedback and progress while in the distance learning modality. The school provides the devices and access that can be used by the learners and parents to meet the adviser and teachers virtually using google meet. This is to give chance to MNHS students who do not have internet access at home and need to communicate with the teachers regarding modules and other related concerns.  For the “Work from Home” set up, it is a chance to communicate with the school staff, advisers, teachers, and even the school head for their queries and concern about the student’s progress and development.
